Severin Teaching outside, no classroom

Severin Makacha, Primary school Teacher.

“Our school, Mzimbazi Primary School, is about 100km from Kigoma.  I’m teaching standard seven, six, five and one. Our school has 4 teachers and 265 pupils. There is only one classroom so the pupils are studying outside.

I give thanks very much to FFKF sponsors for their sponsorship; They allowed me to be here, because they helped me graduate form four at Farkwa Secondary College in 2009. I passed at division three with 25 points, but the combination failed to be chosen to join advanced level, that is form 5 and 6.

My ambition was to reach university level, so now I’m planning to take form six examinations as a private candidate next year.

Now I have a certificate of primary school teacher which I got at Singida Teacher’s College in 2012 where I was sponsored by FFKF. I thank them a lot.
